Fence Dry! Annual Point Champions
Each year Fence Dry! conducts an annual point championships. During the fencing year fencers receive 1 point for each Fence Dry registered competition entered, and 1 point for each place above last. For example, a fencer who enters a 9 fencer competition and finishes second receives 8 points. At the end of the year these competition points are totaled and added to the fencer's ranking and classification using the formula:
Based on the number of competitors in each weapon in each age group using the table in our Rules, the top fencers are designated Fence Dry! Annual Points Champions. Fencers must have fenced in at least two Fence Dry! competitions in the weapon if two or more events were fenced.
